3 Week Divine Spine Yoga Series Oct. 29th, Nov. 5th and Nov. 11th

This 3 week class will include easy ways to start each day to align your spine and open up the full capacity that is available to each of us~ open to all levels. We willalso be exploring the emotions that get trapped in our spine and use meditation, mantra and poses to release this unwanted energy. Therapeutic yoga techniques and somatic movements will assist in your divine flow. This is gentle class helping heal and restore the subtle body.

Class meets for 3 weeks October 29th, November 5th, November 12th from 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Why the Spine?

The spine supports both your structure and the fluid that reaches your brain

There are over 120 muscles in the spine

Over 80% of Americas suffer from back pain and the most common issue is spine issues

Your spine has amazing memory but we often forget about the power of our back bodies

This series is open to all levels and we will explore the available power of the spine for balance and expansion of all kinds. MUST attend all 3 sessions- no drop ins available.


What to Bring?

  1. Comfortable Yoga clothes
  2. Yoga mat if you have one (all other props will be made available at the workshop )
  3. Warm socks
  4. Journal or note book and pen or pencil
  5. Water bottle
  6. Open heart and mind
