Meditation and Mindfulness 3 Week Series

Join me during this challenging time as I teach you to harness the power of mindfulness!

Each Wednesday for three weeks, we will grow our knowing – in our cells and in our souls – as we meditate together and learn simple techniques to enhance your meditation and mindfulness practice.

This class will meet on Zoom and each week you will receive simple techniques to create more space and peace in your body and your life.

This class runs for 3 weeks May 12th, 19th and 26th
