ONLINE WORKSHOP – Exploring Your Divine Spine

This workshop (conducted via Zoom) will include easy ways to start each day to align your spine and open up the full capacity that is available to each of us.  We will explore the emotions that get trapped in our spine. The spine supports both your structure and the fluid that reaches your brain.  Access the power of your back body for balance and flexibility.
