In this magical hour and a half, Melissa Boyd will teach you how to Meet Your Spirit Guides as she takes you on a deep meditative journey. You will learn simple ways to call upon your spirit guides and Melissa will teach you how to sit in your power to enhance your spiritual life which will enrich your physical reality. This class will be taught via Zoom and includes an audio recording of the mediation.
Once you are registered, you will receive instructions about how to attend.
This one-hour mediation consists of guided imagery, the breath, mind-body awareness, chanting, and silent contemplation amongst a circle of like-minded individuals. Â At the end Melissa will channel the spirit world and deliver a message or two from the other side.Â
